Shipping to Canadian and US Address
Shipping Cost are not included in our prices and is not refundable. We have through our partner UPS made it possible to choose your own method of shipping. The option is entirely what works for you as our customer, this website offers that choice. If the item is too large or too heavy it will be delivered via Freight Line (Truck Line).
We ship to addresses inside North America and Internationally. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. Warranty issues will be between the customer and the manufacturer. The customer may be responsible for shipping cost incurred for warranties. **Please be advice any product from Anthony Steel Manufacturing is only sold in Canada and the products are custom made for our customers.
Shipping orders and Time
Since our items come from different vendors, shipping times will differ from item to item. Shipping time is 7-21 days depending on shipping point(s) and item(s) ordered. Orders that have not yet shipped can be changed or cancelled. Exceptions to this policy include custom orders defined as any order where size, color, or customization was selected. Please be sure to check your shipment for damage when you sign for it and notify us of any damage immediately. Note any damage on the delivery ticket and contact the carrier UPS http://www.ups.com. The receiver is responsible for filing shipping claims with the appropriate carrier. Although BB KARE, Inc. will do all that we can to assist you in your claims, we are not responsible for the monetary restitution of any such claims.
